WNS Assistance is celebrating after winning the prestigious ‘Fleet Services Provider of the Year’ award at the annual Commercial Insurance Awards in central London.
The award recognises the market-leading services that WNS Assistance provides to the Fleet industry, including a comprehensive accident management service, class-leading Vehicle Off-Road time and lowest average repair costs.
The award also recognised the company’s high customer satisfaction scores. During the timeframe that the award focussed on, WNS recorded an average customer satisfaction score of just under 95%.

The Commercial Insurance Awards are organised annually, recognising the achievements of organisations and service to providers in the insurance industry. This year’s event took place at a gala dinner at the illustrious Millennium Hotel in Mayfair, central London, on the 5th of March.
