The Total Loss Solution

Our total loss solution has been designed to work closely with our FNOL process and desktop engineering team to ensure that our clients’ customers receive their settlement in the quickest possible time.

We offer free collection and disposal of all category losses and ensure the vehicle is collected within three days. A full checklist of personal effects within the vehicle will be undertaken on collection. Personal effects are then listed, bagged and left at the repairer’s premises for collection by the vehicle owner.

Our team provides in-house management of the the entire end-to-end process, with proactive progression by our outbound call handlers. We offer complete administrative management of all associated vehicle documentation and MIAFTR/DVLC registrations alongside vehicle disposal.

Our Total Loss Advantage

WNS Assistance operates a ‘Sell for Spares’ policy on all category B vehicles, with all collections made within three days of instruction, and free storage for 60 days. Salvage valuations are carried out by our internal desktop engineering team, and delivered within seven days of receipt of the claim. Our total loss solution is also fully compliant with COSSH for storage of hazardous waste.
