Kitsune Associates partners with WNS Assistance

Kitsune Associates, a subsidiary of leading UK insurance brokerage firm Brightside Group, has announced a partnership with WNS Assistance, a UK-based claims management company, to manage its end-to-end claims management services. WNS Assistance is part of WNS Global Services, a New York Stock Exchange-listed global provider of business process management (BPM) solutions.

The partnership will provide Kitsune Associates, an underwriting agency that specialises in motor insurance products, a streamlined, technology-driven solution for improved claims management. Kitsune expects the partnership to provide a boost to its customer experience, given the strong track record and customer-centric approach of WNS.
