The WNS Assistance customer-facing smartphone app holds real-time claims data, enabling drivers to track the progress of their repair directly.
When a driver has registered a claim, they will be given the option to download the app, which is branded to our client’s identity.
After entering their claim reference, the customer will instantly be able to see the status of their repair.
The customer can be notified of updates using the app, or they can choose to receive text messages or calls.
When the repair is complete, the Customer Servicing Unit will arrange collection or delivery of the vehicle.
