Our Commercial Model

WNS Assistance takes pride in the transparent pricing model offered to all our clients, regardless of size. We offer either fixed bundled fees or a service delivered pricing menu for the provision of our services over the duration of the agreement, ensuring maximum efficiencies for our clients. In conjunction with this, and in line with our transparency ethos, WNSA do not add a percentage uplift to the schedule of rates – the amount charged by the Contractor is the amount the client pays.

No standing fees or percentage additions means that our clients only pay for the services used. Consequently, customers will benefit from our market-leading Property Claims solutions, while clients remain in control of monitoring and managing costs.

Just as the services offered can be tailored to meet customer requirements, pricing structures are flexible and can be customised to suit individual client requests, ensuring that the package is clearly beneficial to all.
