Rapid Repair

Rapid Repair is a brand-new offering from WNS Assistance, designed in response to the demands of Fleet Managers to minimise vehicle downtime resulting from minor accident damage.

This highly innovative service will allow a wide range of repairs to be completed within 24 hours, with no compromise on the facilities used or the quality of repairs.

Under the Rapid Repair scheme, vehicles will be entered into a full bodyshop environment, ensuring that a selection of highly trained, specialist staff will be able to deal with a wide range of minor accident damage.

Rapid Repair - Satisfied CustomerPotential Rapid Repairs will be identified at the First Notification of Loss (FNOL) through a two-stage process. WNS Assistance will undertake a preliminary assessment, and then pass on an instruction to one of our Approved Repairers to confirm the suitability of the vehicle for a Rapid Repair. Any vehicles that are deemed ineligible can be seamlessly converted into the mainstream repair process.

Vehicles confirmed as suitable will be booked in within 10 days of FNOL - once on-site, the repairs will be completed within 24 hours. In many instances the repairs will be completed on the same day, and a courtesy car will be provided to facilitate driver mobility during the day or overnight.

The Rapid Repair service is able to deal with a wide range of minor damage to private cars. Any area of damage is eligible for consideration under Rapid Repair, with the vehicle benefiting from a fully-staffed bodyshop experience.

Services that cannot be delivered by a mobile repair solution, such as wheel alignment, are easily undertaken as part of a Rapid Repair. As with all work carried out through the WNS Assistance Approved Repairer Network, a Rapid Repair is guaranteed for 5 years.
