MotorGuard puts you in control, by providing real-time visibility, showing the status of all incidents, engineer reports detailing damage, estimates and invoices for repairs as well as information regarding liability.

The application can be easily configured to run regular reports for risk analysis ensuring that the information available can be easily interpreted. Reports are emailed to you in a graphical format and can include driver fault incidents, vehicle theft by type and monthly volume analysis, providing you with an invaluable resource, capable of highlighting trends as well as potential cost saving opportunities.

Access to MotorGuard is web-based and training can be provided to help make the most of the features included.

• The ability to log a new claim online
• Automatic updates via SMS text or email throughout the repair process
• File audit trail detailing all movements of the file including details of all telephone calls, status changes, data entries incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Document and JPEG imaging, giving you access to all images used to authorise the repair
• The ability to download or schedule data to nominated e-mail recipients in CSV, PDF and XML formats
• Access to a suite of graphically represented risk management reports such as incident frequency, cause analysis, spend analysis, ULR reports and driver risk reports.
