If one of your drivers has an accident WNSA are there 24/7, 365 days a year to help, providing free, nationwide, roadside recovery if required.  At first notification the repair is immediately booked in where possible, and, with an option for a mobile repair, free nationwide collection and delivery of mobile vehicles and free of charge courtesy cars, WNSA works to ensure the claim is handled quickly to minimise the impact on your business.

Our in-house team of desk-top engineers and superior buying power mean that WNSA can work on your behalf to offer a low cost, high quality repair.  Supported by our dedicated Downtime Management Unit (DMU), who are responsible for minimising delays, proactively chasing parts and communicating with drivers, you can be sure that WNSA are working hard to keep your fleet moving.

WNSA don't stop when the vehicle is returned, with options for ULR and LEI, WNSA believe the true test of an uninsured loss recovery service is in its ability to recover uninsured outlay on non-fault claims.  That ability can be measured by the speed of recovery and the amount recovered.  Our unique system of working consistently achieves both.  WNS continually deliver beyond specified service level agreements which aim to collect monies on non-fault cases within 30 days of the accident.

Uninsured Loss Recovery (ULR) can be purchased as a stand alone Legal Expenses Insurance (LEI) policy or as a service in its own right. Whilst the LEI policy has a fixed premium cost we have a number of options available when providing a ULR service. Costs can be based on a percentage of the recovered sum (with sensible upper and lower thresholds) or on a fixed cost per claim basis.

Additionally, WNSA understand that managing the cost of running your fleet doesn’t just stop with your own vehicles. Third party claims can leave your business exposed to large liabilities, which are hard to control.  That is why WNSA offer their fleet clients a pro-active service to mitigate the cost of third party claims, offering the not-at-fault driver a repair and mobility experience that reflects well on your business and leverages our expertise to minimise the cost.
