Downtime Management Unit
Our Downtime Management Unit (DMU) is responsible for managing the drivers’ expectation in terms of completion and delivery of the vehicle. This department receives the majority of its information through Repairflo. This advanced web-based application specifically designed and developed by WNS Workflow Technologies, acts as the mechanism for interaction with the repairer network in respect of channelling, exchange of repair data, repair authorisations and invoice payments.
Drivers can be kept updated regarding the process through their chosen method of communication, be it telephone, SMS or email notifications.
