WNS Assistance's Accident Management service is undoubtedly at the forefront of the industry. It is the interaction of our First Response and dedicated 'in house' Engineering and Downtime Management teams, all using market-leading systems and technology, which gives us a competitive edge.
In 2008/2009 WNS managed circa 280,00 motor claims and 180,000 repairs. All repairs can be tracked 'online' by clients through our web based Motorguard portal.
All drivers are contacted by telephone within 48 hours of the return of their repaired vehicle and we use this feedback to constantly improve our service. Our current satisfaction ratings of “good to excellent” average at 96%, so we are rightly proud of the service that we continue to deliver and we believe that few of our competitors can claim such results.
