AA Accident Management has embarked upon a new relationship with insurance claims management specialist WNS Assistance, the Ipswich-based subsidiary of WNS (Holdings) Ltd (NYSE: WNS),

Under the terms of the deal, the AA will utilise WNS's custom-built claims handling and repair management software while also channelling accident repairs for its car, van and truck fleet customers through WNS's 300+ contracted network repairers.

"This agreement enables AA Accident Management customers to not only benefit from better claims management processes and supply chain technology but also tap into significantly expanded national network of leading bodyshops, with all the added value that that involves, while gaining from the expertise of the AA," explained David Bartlett, head of Accident Management at AA Business Services. "Our customers will continue to enjoy the close personal relationships and experiences they currently enjoy through the AA brand and our Cheadle operation."

"WNS is delighted to partner with AA Accident Management, a recognised market brand, and to offer its customers access to our technology and network of vehicle repairers in what we believe is a unique industry deal," said Tim Rankin, WNS Assistance Managing Director. "
